I-GENERAL ADVISING
PERMANENT ADVISING
It deals with the advising on taxes, accounting, administrative and business matters, as regards to the pursuit of the processes and rebuilt of the different internal controls, through the analysis of the taxes burden of the company to contribute to the suitable and conscious decreasing of them.
Through a general vision of the context policies and by the punctual analysis of the internal situation, we try to give an adequate advising for the business decision making.

II-OPERATIVE AREA
ADMINISTRATIVE, ACCOUNTING AND TAX AREA
INSCRIPTION IN AFIP AND STATE TAX OFFICE
Every tax inscription in AFIP dependences and State Tax Offices are made.
The Bureau also makes the inscription into local taxes.

MAKING UP/PREPARATION OF THE MONTHLY AND ANNUALY TAX RETURN ASSESSMENT
Fulfilment of every Tax Return Assessment at any level, such as NATIONAL, STATE and LOCAL

SALARIES AND WAGES LIQUIDATION
Preparation of the wages receipts according to the effective Union`s agreement.
Preparation of the Pay Roll taxes, as much in AFIP (social security taxes and retirement) as in the Unions whenever it applies.
Contributions to any State Retirement fund.
Hiring and dismissal of employees.

PREPARATION OF ACCOUNTING AND LEGAL BOOKS
Every book required by the effective Normative (Added Value, General Journal, Inventory and Balance, Salaries and Wages, Acts, others) are made.

PREPARATION OF MONTHLY REPORTS FOR THE MANAGEMENTAL DECISION MAKING
We make monthly reports required by the shareholders of the company. Some of the reports may be, Cash Flow, Sales, Receives, Payments, Debts overdue, others.

INVENTORY CONTROL
Checking the Real with the Accounting Records, analysis of the deflection, decreases, overages and shortages.

CONTROL AND RECONCILIATION
Periodically we make the reconciliation of the records made by the Company`s Accountancy department. Bank Accounts, Suppliers, Clients and others verification.

REPRESENTATION AT THE CONTROL ORGANISM
It includes the presence of the Bureau Accounts at eventually inspections and requirements, and also the task of inscription and re-inscription of eventually new taxes.
